This is the last will and testament of me William Dyckhoff Tin Plate Worker of the parish of Isleworth in the County of Middlesex made and duly published by me in the manner and form following (that is to say) I desire to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named and I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary charges be in the first place duly paid and discharged and then I give and devise unto my dearly beloved wife Elizabeth Dyckhoff all those my two freehold messuages or tenements with the appurtenances situate in the parish of Isleworth aforesaid for and during the term of her natural life. Also I Give and Bequeath unto my said wife Elizabeth Dyckhoff the use of all my stock in trade working tools household goods and furniture chattels and effects of what nature or kind soever for and during the term of her natural life and I Give and Bequeath the several legacies hereinafter specified to attain and become payable after the demise of my said wife (that is to say) unto my son John Dyckhoff the sum of one pound one shilling and all my working tools. Unto my daughter Elizabeth Rimell the sum of thirty pounds and unto my daughter Hannah Fisher the sum of thirty pounds and also subject and make chargeable my said two messuages or tenements with the appurtenances and my said stock in trade household goods and furniture monies chattels and effects after the death of my said wife with the payment of the said legacies to my said son and daughters and subject thereto I Give Devise and Bequeath the said two messuages or tenements with their appurtenances and the said stock in trade household goods and furniture monies chattels and effects unto my daughter Jane Dyckhoff her heirs Executors administrators and assigns for ever and I appoint my said daughter Jane Dyckhoff sole executrix of this my will and request the favor that my good friend Francis Wrightson will assist her in the execution thereof and I revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore and declaring this to be my only last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty fourth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty five. Wm Dyckhoff. This Will was proved at London the fifth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty six before the worshipful George Harris Doctor of Laws surrogate of the Right Worshipful Peter Calvert Doctor of Laws master Keeper or Commissary of the prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of Jane Dyckhoff spinster the daughter of the deceased and sole Executrix named in the said will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer.
